										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h1 data-start="389" data-end="480">Les 6 peurs qui freinent les créateurs d’entreprise (et comment les transformer en force)</h1>
<h2 data-start="482" data-end="531">Lancer son entreprise : un rêve… qui fait peur</h2>
<p data-start="532" data-end="906">2024 a été une année record pour l’entrepreneuriat en France : <strong data-start="595" data-end="627">1 111 200 entreprises créées</strong> (+5,7 % par rapport à 2023).<br data-start="656" data-end="659" />Les micro-entrepreneurs représentent <strong data-start="696" data-end="720">64,5 % des créations</strong>, et les femmes sont aujourd’hui <strong data-start="753" data-end="787">40 % des nouvelles fondatrices</strong>.<br data-start="788" data-end="791" />Sur le papier, tout semble possible… mais derrière cette effervescence, beaucoup hésitent encore à franchir le pas.</p>
<p data-start="908" data-end="1496">Si je sais cela, c’est parce que <strong data-start="941" data-end="985">j’ai longtemps été dans cette hésitation</strong>.<br data-start="986" data-end="989" />Moi aussi, j’ai eu peur.<br data-start="1013" data-end="1016" />Ma plus grande crainte ? <strong data-start="1041" data-end="1079">Ne pas savoir gérer financièrement</strong>.<br data-start="1080" data-end="1083" />Malgré mes études, on ne m’avait jamais appris à piloter mon budget, gérer mon argent, fixer un prix, anticiper une trésorerie.<br data-start="1191" data-end="1194" />Alors je remettais à plus tard, j’attendais “le bon moment”, je pensais qu’il me fallait encore un diplôme, un outil, une compétence&#8230;<br data-start="1327" data-end="1330" />Ce que j’ignorais, c’est que ces pensées étaient déjà <strong data-start="1384" data-end="1412">le symptôme de mes peurs</strong>… et que ces peurs, comme chez beaucoup d’entrepreneurs, prennent plusieurs visages.</p>
<h2 data-start="1503" data-end="1539">Comprendre ses peurs pour avancer</h2>
<p data-start="1540" data-end="1902">La peur ne disparaît jamais complètement.<br data-start="1581" data-end="1584" />Comme le dit Gabor Maté, ce que nous percevons comme une “force” peut parfois être un <strong data-start="1670" data-end="1714">mécanisme d’adaptation né d’une blessure</strong>.<br data-start="1715" data-end="1718" />Le perfectionnisme, par exemple, peut sembler être un atout… mais il peut aussi nous enfermer, nous pousser à attendre “l’exécution parfaite” avant d’agir, et finir par nous paralyser.</p>
<p data-start="1904" data-end="2170">Mon travail aujourd’hui, à travers <a href="https://nathalie-delhom.com/services/colore-ton-job-ideal-en-zen/"><em data-start="1939" data-end="1962">Colore ton job en zen</em></a>, c’est d’aider à reconnaître ces peurs, à les apprivoiser, et surtout à les transformer en énergie d’action.<br data-start="2071" data-end="2074" />Voici les six plus fréquentes chez les créateurs d’entreprise… et comment les aborder autrement.</p>
<h3 data-start="2177" data-end="2202">1. La peur de l’échec</h3>
<p data-start="2203" data-end="2526">On l’associe souvent à l’humiliation ou à une perte définitive.<br data-start="2266" data-end="2269" />Mais l’échec n’est qu’un <strong data-start="2294" data-end="2317">retour d’expérience</strong>. Dans les faits, les entrepreneurs qui réussissent ne sont pas ceux qui évitent les erreurs, mais ceux qui <strong data-start="2425" data-end="2451">rebondissent plus vite</strong>.<br data-start="2452" data-end="2455" />Changer de regard sur l’échec, c’est se donner le droit d’expérimenter.</p>

<p data-start="2718" data-end="3040">L’entrepreneuriat peut donner l’impression d’avancer seul dans une jungle d’incertitudes.<br data-start="2807" data-end="2810" />Mais la solitude n’est pas une fatalité : coworking, réseaux, partenariats, binômes de relecture… Autant de façons de <strong data-start="2928" data-end="2947">rester connecté</strong>.<br data-start="2948" data-end="2951" />L’important est de ne pas attendre que l’isolement devienne pesant pour tisser ces liens.</p>
<h3 data-start="3047" data-end="3087">3. La peur de manquer de compétences</h3>
<p data-start="3088" data-end="3484">Personne ne connaît toutes les facettes de la gestion d’une entreprise au départ.<br data-start="3169" data-end="3172" />Attendre d’être “prêt·e” est une illusion.<br data-start="3214" data-end="3217" />Les compétences se construisent <strong data-start="3249" data-end="3264">en marchant</strong>, avec l’aide de mentors, de formations ciblées et d’expérimentations concrètes.<br data-start="3344" data-end="3347" />Le perfectionnisme, ici, se traduit souvent par la chasse à l’outil parfait ou au diplôme supplémentaire… une fuite qui retarde l’action.</p>
<h3 data-start="3491" data-end="3533">4. La peur de l’incertitude financière</h3>
<p data-start="3534" data-end="3968">C’est celle qui m’a freinée le plus longtemps.<br data-start="3580" data-end="3583" />Je craignais que l’argent ne soit jamais suffisant, de ne pas savoir calculer, d’oublier une taxe…<br data-start="3681" data-end="3684" />Ce qui m’a aidée : un prévisionnel simple, l’identification d’aides possibles (ARE, ARCE, couveuse), et des offres “starter” qui amènent de la trésorerie rapidement.<br data-start="3849" data-end="3852" />En France, nous avons la chance d’avoir des dispositifs qui sécurisent les débuts : savoir les utiliser change tout.</p>
<h3 data-start="3975" data-end="4013">5. La peur de perdre la motivation</h3>
<p data-start="4014" data-end="4260">La motivation n’est pas un état permanent.<br data-start="4056" data-end="4059" />Elle fluctue, et c’est normal.<br data-start="4089" data-end="4092" />Le secret n’est pas de rester toujours “inspiré·e”, mais de mettre en place <strong data-start="4168" data-end="4203">des routines et micro-objectifs</strong> qui maintiennent le mouvement, même dans les jours gris.</p>
<h3 data-start="4267" data-end="4293">6. La peur du jugement</h3>
<p data-start="4294" data-end="4670">Le regard des autres est souvent une projection de nos propres doutes.<br data-start="4364" data-end="4367" />Il peut freiner la communication, la vente, la visibilité.<br data-start="4425" data-end="4428" />Une stratégie simple pour s’en libérer : <strong data-start="4469" data-end="4518">montrer volontairement une version imparfaite</strong> d’un projet et constater que le monde ne s’écroule pas.<br data-start="4574" data-end="4577" />C’est l’esprit du <em data-start="4595" data-end="4606">wabi-sabi</em> : accepter l’imperfection comme partie intégrante de la beauté.</p>
<h2 data-start="4677" data-end="4712">Transformer ses peurs en leviers</h2>

<h2 data-start="446" data-end="508">Quand le quotidien épuise et que l’on perd de vue ses rêves</h2>
<p data-start="510" data-end="757">Embouteillages, radio en fond, café à la main, réunions qui s’enchaînent, dossiers qui montent et redescendent…<br data-start="621" data-end="624" />Jour après jour, nous nous laissons happer par le rythme du travail jusqu’à perdre notre énergie et le sens de ce que nous faisons.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2 class="h5">AMÉLIORER SES RELATIONS AU TRAVAIL</h2>
<p>Le jour de sa prise de fonction dans l&rsquo;entreprise, Laëticia avait jonglé sur son trajet entre son domicile et sa nouvelle vie professionnelle, entre ralentissements, glissades, arrêts , reprises, car ce jour là il neigeait, de ces petits flocons en forme d&rsquo;étoiles qui font rêver d&rsquo;un  renouveau.</p>
<p>L&rsquo;œil pétillant de Laëticia, sa gestuelle, son sourire ont illuminé les bureaux, surtout celui  de sa collègue, Amélie. Un bref instant, Amélie, en poste depuis deux ans, a revu défiler son premier jour, fraîche, dynamique, pleine d&rsquo;initiatives. Et quelques minutes plus tard, Amélie s&rsquo;est entendue dire à voix haute, mais c&rsquo;était trop tard, « cela ne va pas durer ». Surprise Laëticia lui a lancé, « la neige ne tiendra pas, il fait trop chaud » et Amélie a senti un pincement, ce genre de pincement qui en dit long, du style « personne ne me comprend ! ». En un clin d&rsquo;oeil, Amélie a vu défiler toute son évolution ou dévolution au sein de ce service, ou plutôt au service d&rsquo;Astride, cadre d&rsquo;une quarantaine d&rsquo;années et qui ne lui fait pas confiance, corrige à tout moment ses écrits, ses prises d&rsquo;initiatives ; Astride parle d&rsquo;un ton sec, cassant et évite de se retrouver en tête à tête avec Amélie qui fait triste mine du matin au soir.</p>
<p>Aux yeux d&rsquo;Astride, on ne peut rien reprocher à Amélie, sauf sa mauvaise humeur, sa mine déconfite. Astride n&rsquo;a pas de temps pour comprendre Amélie, elle doit être performante, atteindre les objectifs assignés, s&rsquo;adapter aux décisions paradoxales de sa hiérarchie et à un planning lourd. A son âge, elle ne peut pas commettre d&rsquo;erreurs et a arrêté depuis 2 ans de déléguer, tiens, justement depuis l&rsquo;arrivée d&rsquo;Amélie. Astride a la peur au ventre et parfois se met en colère.</p>
<p>« Il n&rsquo;y a pas plus fou au monde que celui qui croit avoir raison » L. Pirandello car chacun décrypte les situations en fonction de ses apprentissages, ses expériences, ses croyances, son éducation&#8230;chacun de nous, nous avons notre propre vision.</p>

<p><strong>Définition simple :</strong> le burn-out est un <em>ensemble de réactions</em> liées à un <em>stress professionnel chronique</em> dans lequel l’engagement au travail est très fort. Il se manifeste classiquement par : <strong>fatigue émotionnelle</strong>, <strong>dépersonnalisation ou détachement</strong>, et <strong>sentiment d’accomplissement diminué</strong>. <h2 id="signes">2) Signes qui doivent alerter</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Physiques</strong> : migraines, tensions cervicales/mandibules, douleurs abdominales, palpitations, bouffées de chaleur, fatigue écrasante, troubles du sommeil.</li>
<li><strong>Émotionnels</strong> : irritabilité, anxiété, crises d’angoisse, découragement, “danger diffus”.</li>
<li><strong>Cognitifs</strong> : ruminations, difficultés à se concentrer/ décider, mémoire en berne.</li>
<li><strong>Comportement</strong> : isolement, sur-connexion, perfectionnisme, difficulté à dire non, hyper-contrôle.</li>
</ul>
<p class="note">NB : ces signes doivent toujours être mis en lien avec votre situation de travail et durer dans le temps.</p>

<li><strong>Exigences émotionnelles</strong> : gérer des clients/usagers en tension, absorber des conflits.</li>
<li><strong>Manque d’autonomie</strong> et de marges de manœuvre.</li>
<li><strong>Manque de reconnaissance</strong>, sentiment d’injustice.</li>
<li><strong>Conflits/violences non régulés</strong>, insécurité de la situation de travail.</li>
</ul>
<p>Ce sont des <strong>facteurs organisationnels</strong> : il ne s’agit pas d’une “fragilité personnelle”.*</p>
<h2 id="que-faire">5) Que puis-je faire dès aujourd’hui</h2>
<ol>
<li><strong>Parlez-en à votre médecin traitant</strong> et à la <strong>médecine du travail / SPST</strong> (services de prévention et de santé au travail). Ils évaluent la situation et peuvent proposer un arrêt, des aménagements ou une reprise progressive.</li>
<li><strong>Tracez les faits</strong> : charge, horaires, tâches, mails clés. Tenir un journal factuel aide à objectiver.</li>
<li><strong>Agissez sur le corps</strong> pour calmer l’alarme : respiration 4-6, cohérence cardiaque 3×/jour, relâchement mâchoires/nuque, micro-pauses.</li>
<li><strong>Mettez des limites</strong> : notifications coupées sur certaines plages, arrêt écran 60–90 min avant sommeil, droit à la déconnexion.</li>
<li><strong>Faites-vous accompagner</strong> : thérapie brève/hypnose pour apaiser l’anxiété, sortir du pilotage automatique et retrouver de l’énergie durable.</li>
