<p><em>Julia Pereira de Sousa, jeune française snowboardeuse de 16 ans, déclarait lors de sa victoire au JO de </em>Pyeongchang (Corée du Sud) : <em>« Le premier souvenir qui me revient c&rsquo;est à l&rsquo;arrivée, où je tombe en larmes, je ne fais que pleurer, parce que c&rsquo;est beaucoup de travail, c&rsquo;est beaucoup de choses mises de côté pour une seule chose »</em>.</p>
<p>Rafaël Nadal, 11 titres à Roland Garros, dont le dernier en 2018. Et pourtant de 2014 à 2016, saisons écourtées, blessures et en 2017, il revient sur les cours encore plus fort.</p>
<p>Tout sportif professionnel, semi-professionnel ou amateur confirmé, a connu un passage à vide. Les raisons sont multiples telles que l&rsquo;adaptation permanente, le passage à une catégorie d&rsquo;âge supérieure, des entraînements trop poussés pour faire face aux situations extrêmes, de nouvelles obligations familiales, les pressions régulières, des concessions dans la vie personnelle, des doutes suite à une contre performance, l&rsquo;inadaptation au succès, la douleur, le bun-out parfois&#8230;</p>
<p>La quête de la performance peu devenir obsessionnelle, invalidante, paralysante, source de malaise. La conscience sélectionne l&rsquo;information selon son but. Et pour atteindre son but, nous faisons des plans : si A alors B, si B alors C et si C alors j&rsquo;atteins D, ce qui est mon but. Mais où est le fonctionnement global, systémique du corps humain, aux relations, aux interdépendances entre les organes, aux équilibres mettant en jeu les différents sous-systèmes qui nous constituent et ceux avec lesquels j&rsquo;interagis ?</p>
<p><strong>Lorsque les difficultés surgissent dans la poursuite de nos buts conscients, nous avons recours à des tentatives de solutions pour les éliminer.</strong> Tentatives de solutions qui s&rsquo;avèrent inefficaces. Ainsi, je peux m&rsquo;efforcer de ne pas être stressé, de ne pas avoir peur, de ne pas être en colère, ne pas céder à mes doutes&#8230;. sans voir qu&rsquo;ainsi je m&rsquo;enferme dans un dualisme sans issue. Car, je pourrais me demander dans ce cas de figure quelle est cette part de moi-même qui dit à l&rsquo;autre de ne pas éprouver de peur et quelle est cette part de moi qui est censée se conformer à cet excellent conseil.</p>
<p>Accepter, dans un premier temps, permet la restauration des régulations naturelles et la disparition des émotions négatives. L’apprentissage est toujours une période de malaise : apprendre quelque chose, nous amène toujours vers un moment où on ne sait pas faire : l&rsquo;escrimeur ne manie pas le fleuret uniquement pour triompher de son adversaire, le danseur ne danse pas uniquement pour exécuter certains mouvements avec son corps&#8230; il cherche quelque chose de plus, tout comme l&rsquo;archer qui n&rsquo;a plus conscience de lui-même comme un être occupé à atteindre le centre de sa cible. Ce qui se produit, est que le tir est déclenché par l&rsquo;ensemble du système &#8211; archer, arc, corde, flèche, cible &#8211; au moment précis ou la tension présente dans l&rsquo;ensemble du système atteint le seuil critique.</p>
<p>Comme le dit le maître zen « l&rsquo;art véritable est sans but, sans intention. Plus vous vous obstinez à persévérer à vouloir apprendre à lâcher la flèche en vue d&rsquo;atteindre un objectif moins vous réussirez et plus le but s&rsquo;éloignera de vous ». Atteindre ce niveau d&rsquo;apprentissage, comme un accroissement de la redondance entre soi et son environnement. <strong>Un cheminement pas à pas en autohypnose, pour revoir ses positions, se reconnecter à ses ressources, analyser ses besoins, apprendre le dosage et renforcer sa détermination.</strong></p>

<p>Le groupe « le Big Bazar » entonnait, chantait, rythmait : « Attention Madame et Messieurs, dans un instant on va commencer, installez vous bien dans votre fauteuil&#8230; ». Et oui, en scène, vous les danseurs, chanteurs, comédiens, écrivains, peintres, couturiers, chefs de cuisine, tous sans exception, vous racontez à votre public des histoires. A cet instant, l&rsquo;auditoire s&rsquo;écarte des sollicitations extérieures pour entrer dans un autre temps, une autre respiration. Les histoires ont des pouvoirs guérisseurs.</p>
<p>D&rsquo;ailleurs, depuis la nuit des temps, dans toutes les cultures, l&rsquo;homme a senti le besoin de raconter et d&rsquo;écouter des histoires pour se ressourcer, se recentrer.</p>
<p>Et en coulisse, pour vous l&rsquo;artiste, est-ce le Big Bazar ? Sous la pression, le doute, la panne d&rsquo;inspiration, une difficulté à savoir avec précision qui je suis, qui je voudrais être et qui je serai, entremêlé de virtuel et de réalité ? Des sensations, avant ou après votre création, de pénétrer dans une forêt sombre et de cheminer dans un fouillis végétal ? De voir l&rsquo;enchevêtrement de branches et de se sentir perdu, comme un enfant égaré dans une forêt sombre ?  Dans cette obscurité, on ne sait pas où aller, quelle direction suivre, comment partir de là. Un débâclement intérieur, des peurs qui paralysent.</p>
<p>Et pourtant en Afrique, la plupart des rites d&rsquo;initiation se déroulent en forêt la nuit. Car à ce moment là, nous acquérons une vision nouvelle du monde, en nous connectant à nos propres capacités. Telle cette funambule, qui a vécu au Congo et qui s&rsquo;élève à plus de 100 mètres. Sur ce fil, elle chemine un pas après un autre, en maintenant son équilibre grâce à son balancier. Un pas et un autre, l&rsquo;un après l&rsquo;autre&#8230; une connexion entre soi et tout l&rsquo;environnement qui l&rsquo;entoure. Arrivée près d&rsquo;un lac, à l&rsquo;eau cristalline, elle reconnaît son visage qui s&rsquo;y reflète.</p>
<p>Vous aussi, vous ignorez peut-être aujourd&rsquo;hui, combien vous êtes capable de vous frayer un chemin dans l&rsquo;obscurité&#8230; au bout de quelques séances d&rsquo;accompagnement, vous rêverez en dormant ou rêverez que vous rêvez, ou vous rêverez éveillé ou vous rêverez que vous vous éveillez à vous même.</p>

<p><strong>75 euros TTC / Heure ou 90 euros TTC / Heure en collectif. </strong>Après chaque séance, un enregistrement audio personnalisé vous est proposé. Il sert de guide lors des séances de travail personnel et permet à tout moment de pratiquer entre les séances.</p>
